He is a CA gold medalist with over 25 years of managerial experience in various organizations. He has 12+ years of experience in the Banking Industry handling Corporate Finance. He then served Pharmaceutical & FMCG Industry, specifically Elder Group & Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd as a Senior Vice President for 14+ years. His expertise lie in handling corporate finance, treasury, restructuring, brand valuation, due diligence, etc.
Management leader, successfully implemented projects from Conceptualize, Design, Plan and Implement New Projects, Upgradation of Existing Facility, BPR, Operations Management, Strategies & Controls, M&A, Technical functions, Quality systems implementation, Regulatory approvals. Was the CEO of a mid-size manufacturing company. Experience technocrat across industries such as Nuclear, Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Cosmetics, Foods and Engineering industries. Was a faculty at NMIMS, and delivered Guest lectures at other management schools. A qualified electrical engineer with First Class – Honours, he has worked with BARC / Glaxo / Elder Group / Torrent Pharma.
She specializes in internal audit, process improvements, cost rationalization, software integration for process improvements and internal audit. Her work was focused on internal controls, accounting, costing including setting up systems, banking and financial due diligence. She practised CA for 7 years and earned corporate experience of 13 years with Elder Pharmaceuticals, Torrent Power Ltd, etc. She was the General Manager (F&A) at Torrent Power before joining ARSIARE.
A CA with over 14 years of experience in various manufacturing and service industries such as pharmaceuticals, shipping, banks and jewellery. His expertise lie in handling costmanagement, management audit, process improvements, due diligence, etc. He possesses keen acumen of cost optimization & has successfully introduced positive changes in his place of work. His stints include firms like NSB & Co, K Girdharlal, Elder Pharmaceuticals, to name a few.
She has over 10 years of experience in credit and risk management, relationship management, business sourcing, internal controls, etc. She has had stints with firms like NSB & Co, Lodha & Co, Hindustan Unilever and Kotak Mahindra group.
